BC Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP)
The BC Provincial Nominee Program is an immigration pathway set up according to the needs of BC for human resources and investment projects.
BCPNP currently has three categories:
Skilled Immigration
Skilled Worker
Application conditions:

Obtain a full-time or permanent position from an employer in BC. The position must be a skilled immigration occupation (NOC 0, A, B)

Have at least two years of relevant work experience

Have sufficient funds to support the settlement of applicants and their relatives

If it is a NOC B category, the applicant must meet the language requirements of CLB4
International Graduate
Application conditions:

Obtain a full-time or permanent position from an employer in BC. The position must be a skilled immigration occupation (NOC 0, A, B)

Obtained a degree, diploma or certificate from a qualified Canadian higher education institution in the past three years
-
Have sufficient funds to support the settlement of applicants and their relatives
-
If it is a NOC B category, the applicant must meet the language requirements of CLB4
Semi-Skilled
Application conditions:

Obtain a full-time or permanent position in tourism/hotel management, long-distance freight, or food processing from a BC employer
-
Have worked continuously for the employer for at least 9 months before applying

Have sufficient funds to support the settlement of applicants and their relatives

Completed high school education
-
Language meets CLB4 requirements
Healthcare Professionals
Application conditions:

Obtain support from a public health organization, or obtain a full-time, permanent position from a public health organization

Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience

If it is a NOC B category, the applicant must meet the language requirements of CLB4
BCPNP Fast Track (EEBC)
BCPNP fast track (EEBC)
Application conditions:

Must meet the criteria of at least one item in the Federal Economic Immigration Program in the IRCC Fast Track System
-
Must meet one of the project criteria in the BCPNP skilled immigration category (except for low-skilled immigration)

Obtain a valid IRCC fast track document number and job applicant verification code
-
Nominated by the BC Provincial Government
Business Immigration
Business Immigration
BC business immigration has been a very popular immigration project in recent years.
Basic conditions of the applicant:

Have the necessary experience in establishing and operating a viable commercial project
-
Have enough investment funds
-
Provide a practical business plan that can bring economic benefits to BC
